Since founding yvka Consulting, I’ve combined systemic consulting with my HR expertise to help organizations create healthy, modern, and resilient working cultures.

I built and led the HR department for five years, establishing structures and practices that supported rapid organizational growth while fostering employee engagement and culture. I also facilitated in-house leadership training to develop managerial skills across the organization.

At VICE, I managed HR operations and supported dynamic, creative teams — shaping my appreciation for balancing organizational needs with individual and cultural dynamics. During this time, we won an award for the intranet we created, enhancing internal communication and engagement.

Master of Science in Psychology with focus on Work, Organizational and Economic Psychology at Freie Universität Berlin.

Completed systemic consulting curriculum at Institut für Systemische Beratung Wiesloch in 2014; finished the second year of the advanced curriculum in 2024.

Ongoing development in systemic approaches, leadership coaching, and New Work practices keeps my consulting fresh, relevant, and impactful.
