2025 – Present | Co-founded and developed an immersive negotiation training program combining negotiation skills improvement with team development for Procurement and Sales units. Deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen collaboration and value creation in organizations.

2018 – 2024 | Led organizational development and change projects for SMEs, MDAX and DAX companies. Served as sparring partner and coach for leadership at all organizational levels. Directed digitalization, process management and global transformation initiatives.

2010 – 2018 | Ramped-up the IT Business Partnering function, aligning global supply chain and purchasing with IT. Directed international project teams to standardize and optimize production planning processes. Strengthened collaboration through process networks and multinational ERP/IT improvements.

2006 – 2010 | Designed and implemented supply chain, IT and process management solutions in energy, public sector and logistics. Delivered project management training (PMI/IPMA) and supported change and digital transformation projects.
