In Leadership Labs, I help leaders find a safe space for personal development, allowing them to reflect and discuss on a deeper level than in general management programs. The aim is to clarify personal goals and develop a better understanding of themselves.

I provide leadership development programs to accompany organizational transformations, focusing on talent development for young talents, skill enhancement for middle management, and personal development for senior executives to navigate demanding environments.

The implementation of leadership development and organizational transformation programs is done in collaboration with my network of experienced senior consultants, allowing us to scale our expertise and provide comprehensive support for complex projects.

Since 2015, I have been working as an independent coach and organizational developer, guiding people through change processes. I enjoy finding pragmatic solutions together and testing them in practice, based on my experience in systemic consulting and leadership psychology.

From 2011 to 2012, I worked as a personnel development expert at Teambank AG in Nuremberg, gaining experience in employee and leader development and learning how organizations promote their talents.

From 2013 to 2016, I worked as a project manager at the Institute for Systemic Consulting in Wiesloch, solidifying my knowledge of systemic consulting and sharpening my eye for complex situations.

My experience in emergency services from 2003 to 2007 shaped me personally, helping me grasp complex situations quickly. I learned to remain calm and focused in critical moments and to find effective solutions.

From 2012 to 2014, I completed my M.A. degree in Educational Management at the Ludwigsburg University of Education.

I am a coaching trainer at the Hephaistos Coaching Center, trained as a Masterclass Coach with Klaus Eidenschink, enabling me to work in coach training.

I have training and experience in systemic consulting, group dynamics, and humanistic psychotherapy, including a master's degree at the Institute for Systemic Consulting and basic training in Topic-Centered Interaction.

I have worked with clients from various industries and company sizes, including automotive, banking, consulting, and healthcare, supporting both top management of large corporations and medium-sized companies.

I have been shaped by my experience in emergency services, my years of Zen practice, my passion for bicycles, being a father, and the idea of peace and democracy. These influences shape my calm presence and clear focus.

I am alert, structured, experimental, fast, empathetic, free in my thinking, focused, warm, dedicated, capable of complex thinking, and carefully ruthless. My calm presence and clear perspective allow me to accompany profound development processes while keeping an eye on what is essential.
