  • Delivered strategic impulses, concrete next steps, and designated project groups to drive the process throughout the year
  • Combined strategic thinking with collaboration-building elements for sustainable follow-through

Future in Dialogue — Sustainability Dialogue for EnBW

As part of EnBW’s Sustainability Dialogue in February 2025, I facilitated one of three parallel workshops with around 35 participants. My group developed strategic impulses and ideas around the energy transition to spark participatory change.
  • Co-designed the workshop format together with project partners (coool Agency)
  • Facilitated a group of ~35 participants (over 100 in all three groups combined)
  • Used 25/10 Crowdsourcing followed by structured template-based idea development
  • Outcomes: concrete ideas, strategic impulses, and clearly defined next steps for the further implementation of the sustainability program
