I began my career as a banker before studying social work with a focus on adult education. My professional path led me into leadership development and systemic consulting, complemented by advanced training at the isb Wiesloch. As founder of Tiefblick, I have built a company that partners with organizations across Germany, the DACH region, and beyond, designing leadership curricula, transformation journeys, and organizational change processes.

I am deeply engaged in helping organizations and leaders transform in ways that are both human and effective. My passions include systemic coaching, leadership development, cultural change, and designing learning experiences that integrate dialogue, reflection, and experiential methods.

My early inspiration came from Kurt Hahn and his reform-pedagogical approach, which shaped my first steps in designing outdoor trainings and experiential learning seminars for students, apprentices, and young professionals. I continue to build on scientific foundations in my work, stay deeply people-oriented, and draw inspiration from the values of the Agile Manifesto.

I live in Immenstadt in the Allgäu with my partner, her daughter, and one of my three adult children, forming a lively patchwork family. The mountains are my element — in both summer and winter I spend much time outdoors with climbing, skiing, and other alpine sports. I enjoy traveling and have a strong interest in philosophy and history.
